The City of San Elizario’s public agenda archive lists a notice canceling the regular City Council meeting scheduled for November 3, 2026. Residents planning to attend should use the posted notice rather than assume the regular meeting date remains in place.

The same 2026 agenda list includes an October 20 cancellation notice and an October 6 regular-meeting notice. Those entries establish the city’s posted meeting schedule; they do not, by themselves, describe votes or decisions taken at another session.

The city separates regular and special meeting agendas from regular and special meeting minutes. An agenda identifies proposed business and meeting information, while minutes are the place to check the city’s recorded actions when they are posted.

The archive also includes public-hearing notices, including 2026 Community Development Block Grant and downtown revitalization notices. Readers following a particular project should review the relevant document and date rather than infer an approval from its appearance on the index.

The city’s site links City Council information, open-record requests and contact details alongside the archive. Those routes allow residents to check for a replacement or subsequent meeting notice and seek a public record when needed.

The cancellation entry was visible when checked November 1. The archive index does not establish the reason for canceling the November 3 session or announce a replacement date, so neither is assumed here.
